We are accessing webmaps in mobile Flex. We'd like to edit our published shapefiles in our mobile Flex app, since they are in arcGIS online converted to feature layers. Does anybody know if this is possible?
If you created a feature service by publishing a hosted feature service through a subscription to ArcGIS Online, then it's just like any other feature layer. To get the underlying URL of that feature service, look at the metadata page for the feature service (from your content page), then click the link under "Layers" - that will show the service directory page.
