Maximum Number of Search Result Problem..

Im stock at this problem. Im searching for feature points that  supposedly would return 1600+ records but the Search widget only returns a maximum of 1000 records. So I tried searching other features, and still, the maximum returned records is 1000. What would be the problem?

Is it the 'result' ArrayCollection object's size limit?
The map document?
My browser's cache size?
Or the SQL Statement that embeds a LIMIT?
Or the widget itself limiting it?

It's just a config problem.

The configuration file is inside the folder below:
C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server10.0\server\user\cfg

The setting you have to edit is the <MaxRecordCount>1000</MaxRecordCount>
