I'm trying to put a MapImage on the ESRI map at -11, -11, -10, -10 and the position it's putting the image is slightly off, it's about .2 off the lat coordinate on the lower left and .3 off the lon coordinate on the upper right. I've tried different spatial reference parameters and some other things but nothing has worked. Anyone know why this would be the case or how to fix it? Stepping through the code shows my Extent to be the coordinates I specified (-11, -11, -10, -10)
