Map Zoom Slider movable? (1.3 API)

Is the zoom slider on a map object movable?  I'd like to put it on the right hand side of the screen instead of the left.  It seems like this should be easy but maybe I'm just missing the obvious way to do it.  I'm using the 1.3 API still.
