I am not sure what may have caused this, but recently our maps started drawing slower in our Flex Mobile App on Android. It draws very fast on iOS though. Both test devices are on the same Verizon LTE network. My only thoughts could be an AIR for Android update or that I am now using the 3.0 API or that we have upgraded to ArcGIS for Server 10.1. Has anyone else noticed this?
