We have a custom Flex app for ArcGIS Server that we need to make minor mods to, and also migrate it from ArcGIS Server 10.0 on Win 2003 to ArcGIS Server 10.1 on Win 2008.  If you are a Flex developer, or know of a capable one, please contact me.
