loading combobox by the layers of map services

hi everyone,

in order to apply a buffer in my layers (layers from map services) i need to load it to a combobox then choose a distance and execute task.i'm blocked in this step i don't no low to do that, anyone can help me please???

i'm use a geoprocessing service.
