I have a virtual directory set up to where my plats are.  They are in .tif format but I do have one in .pdf format to use to test this widget.

                                <descriptionlabel>Use the identify tool to identify features on the map:</descriptionlabel>
  <pointlabel>Identify</pointlabel>
  <clearlabel>Clear</clearlabel>
  <loadinglabel>Loading...</loadinglabel>
  <selectionlabel>Features Identified:</selectionlabel>
</labels>
<layers>
  <layer>
   <name>Lot</name>
   <linkfield>PLATLINK</linkfield>
  </layer>
  <layer>
   <name></name>
   <linkfield></linkfield>
  </layer>
</layers>
</configuration>

Not sure why this isn't working.  I modified the identifywidget.xml, do I need to modify anything else to get this to work? Might be easier to just explain what to do and I will do it per the instructions and see if I missed anything.

Okay I am a bonehead.  I used your myIdentify_v1.2.02.  It worked.  All I had to do thru my iterations was remove and re-add the IdentifyWidget to the modules each time I did an iteration to test it.

Actually it was the myIdentify v1.3 that worked.

I have the same problem as stated above where the identify tool in the flexviewer folder returns Identify operation not supported on this service. What were the steps to fixing the problem?

Shawn,
It seems the zip file you posted is corrupt (Identify Tool v1.3). Could you please repost? Thanks in advance.
