I try to create an icon/ image that can click to link to another URL when identify a parcel polygon. So can use the parcel ID. See this thread: http://forums.esri.com/thread.asp?c=158&f=2421&t=290127 This thread works on SFV but I would like to use the same method to work on non SFV. I attached the sample code here. Is there possible to add an icon on datagrid table to link to another site baseon parcel ID?
