How to use MapImageLayer in Layers

Would show me the example code that the MapImageLayer?
What is mean to georeferenced images to the map? give me detail please.

I working with the SUNDO softe in korea.
I'm tying to use the MapImagesLayer as Bitmap Images that external file.
