How do i implement Red_Glow in InfoPopup.mxml?

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to replace the i_target.png with the Red_Glow.swf in the InfoPopup.mxml. In the SMV 2.1 app. I know there are some out there that hate this little bugger but my internal users like the visual affect and it makes it easier to locate the address in question.

Any help you all can give me will be greatly appreciated.
