I'm currently in the process of upgrading an Enterprise Application based on ArcGIS Server 9.1 and .Net to ArcGIS Server Enterprise Advanced, Flex and .Net for SOAP services.
I'd be interested to hear from anybody who has a simlar system based on v10 either under development or in production use.
