SFV 1.3 How to remove Shape_Area & Shape_Length from query builder's result?

I was using flex viewer 1.3, and wonder how to remove Shape_Area & Shape_Length from query builder's result, as well as from Mouseover Window's result?

Besides, how to show the fields in alias instead of the field name in the Attribute Filter window?
