I am using the editor component with toolbar code similar to the sample (see link). When I finish drawing the polygon, it opens the attribute inspector and the date field I have in my feature layer is blank but if run a geoprocessing service without entering a date, it defaults the date to 1/1/1970. Is it possible to make the default date to be today's date. Thanks!
