Display My service

Hi everyone,
one simple question. I am new to flex. I saw the example in the website.

<esri:Map>      
<esri:ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer            url="http://server.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/ESRI_StreetMap_World_2D/MapServer"/>   
</esri:Map>


I need to replace this with my service.
My folder is http://scfres09/arcgis/services and
service name is My_map.
How can I replace the earlier one with this.
