Develop Sample Flex Viewer 2.1

hello guys
I recently started working with Flex 4 and related API for Flex 2.1. In the old version i could import the sample flex viewer 1.3 with the API and after i could develop my personal widget writing code. Now the same thing is possible to do with the sample flex 2.0?
i have any problems in this way. is possible to develop this new version in adobe flash builder 4 as wall the sample flex viewer 1.3?

You can use Flash Builder 4 to work on a Sample Viewer 1.3 app as well. You'll just need to set the SDK for that project to the included Flex SDK 3.5.
