Customize Polygon Symbology for WMS in mapmanager.mxml?

Hi,

I've added a WMS (http://www.lio.ontario.ca/wmsconnector/com.esri.wsit.WMSServlet/wms_misc?) and I'd like to customize the symbology of the "SOIL_SURVEY_COMPLEX_CLI" layer within it to group soil classes rather than having each class have it's own colour.  Is it possible to do this within the mapmanager.mxml?  or do 'wms' type layers now allow this?

To my knowledge you do not have any control over the symbology of a WMS layer period.
