I am trying to serve out a secured service in ArcGIS Server. If I use the default .NET Manager and put in the username and password and view in the .NET viewer I can see the layers. I want to do the same thing with the Flex Sample Viewer but am confused. I add the url to the REST endpoint (https://gv0mhh1/arcgis/rest/services)(not accessable outside the .mil domain), but there is no little arrow beside the listing. I have read a bunch of stuff and am totally confused. Is there anyone out there that can point me in the right direction? I do not have control over this server, only the one I want to reserve the data out. Thanks in advance for the help.
