Change DrawTool Tooltip

Dear ArcGIS API Flex Team,

How can I change the default DrawTool tooltip?
For instance, for extent is: "press down to start and let go to finish" ...

Is this now possible with the 3.5 API, other then the solution suggested by kanthsrkesri?

Just like rscheitlin says we are using the DrawTools for a custom selection in the map, and the default tooltip text does not describe at all what they are really used for.

No, but it (the ability to customize map tips when using the Draw tool) will be part of our upcoming 3.6 release in December.
