I understand I can build map using ArcGIS API for Flex, I would like to know how I can do so. I have a license of ArcInfo desktop, but I would like the maps I build to be viewed by others through a browser. Please help me get started. Thank you!
The first step would probably be to publish your map as a map service using ArcGIS Server. This is what the Web APIs (like Flex API) is using to consume your map.
