ArcGIS Web Map for Flex New Controls

Dear ArcGIS API for Flex Team,

Is there any document or list providing the new controls available out-of-the-box with the ArcGIS Web Map For Flex?
I am hoping that new controls become available or improved like the identify with support for relations and relationship classes.

I am afraid of developing new tools which ESRI can provide out-of-the-box with the new release of Flex Viewer.

Do you have any date as to when the ArcGIS Web Map For Flex will be available to look at?
Is it hugely different to how the Flex Viewer for 1.3 has been put together?
Will it come with the source like the Flex Viewer did?
