ArcGIS Flex not loading

I am trying to load the ArcGIS Flex file from the website, it downloaded the data fine.  I follow the readme, and once i go to hit RUN....its tells me "Errors in workspace"  I attempt to PROCEED, but nothing loads.  Please help, i am new to this program, but i can follow a Readme...thanks!!

Hi Jessica,

I am not sure what the problem is...could you provide some more detail as to you setup;
-API version,
-flex api version 3.5/4...
-flash/flex builder ?
And what application you are trying to run... felx viewer 1.3??

I am using Flash Builder

I downloaded the ArcGIS API for Flex Library, and the followed the readme.

Then when i go to run application thats when i get the error.

And it looks like 18 files are included in that error.

Are you using the Adobe Flex 4.0 API?
should be in your "flex Build Path" along with the agslib-2.0betaUpdate3-2010-05-18.swc

Yes i am using Adobe Flex 4.0 API

Yes, it looks the exact same.

i can RUN some of the layers.

Are you sure you're not using ArcGIS API for Flex 1.3? If you are, you'll need to change your project to use Flex SDK 3.5 instead of 4.0.

Soory Jessica I can't seem to reproduce the errors...
