Any Tips For A Draggable InfoWindow

Hello,

I am trying to implement a draggable/moveable InfoWindow.  Sounded easy at first, but it looks to be a lot more challenging than I originally thought.  Has anyone done this, or have any good suggestions?

Rafael,

   InfoWimdows are usually for providing information about a specific location. You probably want a titlewindow and to use the popupmanager to open it.

Thanks for the reply.  I have considered a draggable titlewindow, but its missing the anchor point that the infowindow provides.

The information being displayed is tied to a parcel so I need to anchor whatever component I use to some point within that parcel.  My customer has requested the ability to move the infowindow around the map, instead of panning the map to reposition the infowindow.
