AGS 10 Rest Services

I'm trying to query the rest endpoint using the following where clause, "OBJECTID > 0 ORDER BY FREQUENCY DESC". It works in AGS 9.3.1 but I'm getting an error message in 10. Does anyone know the correct syntax for AGS 10?
