Hello,
I had access to a 1 year licensed ArcGIS Pro software. Unfortunately, I lost my PC and the software is no longer accessible due to authorization issues. It states ''the activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy for activation ID EVA270044234-1010 because Fulfill count exceeded the available seat count...

Any help on how to get re-authorization would be greatly appreciated in order for me to complete my course.

Please find attached sample of the error message.

I have combed through the link and I haven't found much help in there.
A local distributor that I contacted requires me to pay $100 to get another license which I am unable to at this time as a student.

With this, I have to give up on my quest of getting my ArcMap 10.6.1 software re-authorized for use.

Thank you very kindly for your assistance.

@OdelekeMiracle My apologies, I had thought that you were trying to license ArcGIS Pro and not ArcMap based on your initial description. ArcMap 10.8.2 has entered into Mature Support, and version 10.6.1 has been retired, so it means that Esri Support will not be able to help you with it.

We would recommend migrating to ArcGIS Pro if possible, does Coursera provide access to ArcGIS Pro or only ArcMap?

@ShaneONeill_144 , thank you so much for your time and attention.

Coursera does provide access to ArcGIS Pro. I am just unable to use it due to the lack of license.

Alternatively, you may be able to make use of an ArcGIS Pro trial for your needs.

Have you been able to get access to an ArcGIS Pro trial?

No I haven’t.

I’m being told I’d have to pay for another license to continue and it is
quite expensive.
