I'm trying to set it up so in my organization when we add a new member the default settings are Level 1 and the role User.
Is there a place to configure this for the organization?

This is the process I am following. I'm trying to make the default when adding new users to be Tier 1.
This may not be possible. I'm just asking the community how they handle adding users and assigning levels.
