reverse geocoding using the wgs 84 coordinates

I have a problem with reverse geocoding ! when i use mu coordinates on the web mercator projection it works,, but if i use the wgs 84,, reverse gecoding doesn't work ,, in fact when i enter the address i get the coordinate (long,lat) but the reverse show an error message .
