Hi

Is there a plan to support WCAG 2.0 guidelines in those apps? Any time frame for accessibility issues?

For Portal for ArcGIS and Web AppBuilder, please refer to the VAPT of ArcGIS Online on this page: Legal Information | Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPATs) | Software. On the same page, you can also find the VPATs of native apps (Collector, Workforce, Explorer, etc.)  

What other "Web apps" did you have in mind? 

If you have specific accessibility issues, please let us know here so we can find and implement solutions for you and other users.
