Where can I add alt text for my logo? Right now, the summary seems to display something completely unrelated. When I run my application through accessibility tools, the logo is consistently flagged as an issue.

For reference, I’m looking under:
Org → Settings → General → Org Profile → Logo

another place with the same question

General - shared theme- logo

I believe that adding alt text for a logo depends on the product you are using. For instance, in Experience Builder you would enable the A11y button at the bottom right of the configuration interface and the 'accessible name' field would be available when you add the logo to an image or button widget. In StoryMaps, all media can be configured with alternative text when added to your story.

Right — but org-level logos are different from adding logos in Experience Builder.

For example, I have a header within Experience Builder, but there’s also an overall organization header that appears above it. That org-level header (including the logo) is configured in the ArcGIS Online settings under General, not within Experience Builder itself.

Could you provide more details on what is the actual issue with respect to alt text in the above scenario. I did see that alt="" is present on the logo in the profile page and in the upload section it says alt="organization logo", since is alt is present on the image it should not being throwing an error when run through accessibility tools. If you could provide some information on what tools was used and what is the actual error it might help to troubleshoot easier.
