I am new to survey123, we are trying to build a relationship between 2 or 3 answers as a self populate, can anyone please tell me how i can do this?

Hi all,

I am new to building surveys on survey123, we are currently doing a tree survey app and we would like 3 of our "questions" to auto populate or outofill when the tree name is selected, this will then help the end user not guess and will help us to not have to go back and fix errors.

is there a formula that we can use to "auto fill" 3 different lines? and if so may someone share this with me.
