I'm trying to run a viewshed with a 20 meter observation tower, but the viewshed does not have a offset field to popluate.  I've attached a screeshot of the only fields i can popluate in the Viewshed tool.  I'm running ArcGIS 10, SP 4.

I'm pretty sure in 9.1 or 9.2 there were fields for offsets.

Is there a different tool that will calculate viewsheds for a tower?

Just as before you have to add the OFFSETA field to the point file for it to be recognized.  Once you add that field or any of the other applicable fields then you should get the results you are looking for.  And here is the old 9.2 help for reference on the viewshed.

Where in ArcMap you can add these OFFSET fields?

You must add new rows called "OFFSETA, in your targetpoints atrribute table.
