many reasons...post the error message and what you are using to create and where you are saving it (ie to disk or to a gdb)

well I hope you values in the Val field aren't all 0.  Go to the Geoprocessing Results menu and expand the last process where you had the error and read the message, it should provide more details

Just some values in that field are 0, most of them aren't 0.
