Hello friends,

I need to make layer of isoclines - areals of same slope....and layer of izotangents - areals of same aspect-orientation.....both from contours...is there any solution for this?

Thank you for your answers

once you have the slope and aspect, you could contour that data... the surface need not be elevation, you can contour anything that is raster... like slope or aspect.  Isolines are just that... lines of equal value...

All you  need is the Spatial Analyst or 3D analyst extensions and you can do contours, slope and aspect, for example

Contour—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop

check their surface tools for other tools
