Signing in to Portal through City Engine

I'm trying to use the 'Get Map Data' functionality of City Engine, but you need to be signed in to your organizational portal to use it.
The problem is, City Engine doesn't let me add a new portal. I would prefer to use my AGOL enterprise account instead, but it doesn't let me do this either. See attached screenshots.
