Pointcloud Location selection using Enclosed Multipatch

In the appended image above, I have a classified pointcloud and a sphere multipatch layer of my areas of interest. I realized there is no selection tool to aid in selecting the pointcloud enclosed within the spheres. However, if one wishes to manually select pointcloud the software enables selection by spheres as shown in the image below. I do not want to believe there is an endorsement for manual selections in ArcGIS_pro.
