i'm trying to download LiDAR data from various resources such as the USGS and NOAA but it seems like all the data sets comes with Zero value for the RGB channels , i also tried to use lascolor.exe from the LAS tools to assign the rgb values from a tiff image but that didn't work either, my question is for resources to download an already assigned RGB lidar data or other solutions to assign it by myself ?
Las tools doesn't have much in ArcMap, but PRO offers more
Change LAS Class Codes—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop , however, none are related to producing/using an image, but are directed towards classifying the data. But should you find such a free set, then
Change the symbology of an LAS dataset—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS for Desktop will allow for the cool colors.
maybe troll around in https://community.esri.com/community/gis/web-gis/arcgis-open-data?sr=search&searchId=773a5dd1-ac83-4... or https://community.esri.com/groups/data-community?sr=search&searchId=a344c799-70a6-47b4-8701-fdb0e64a... to see if there is any mention there of said data sets.
