LandXML to TIN doesn't work

Does someone understand why the LandXML to TIN doesn't work? It showed a error 999999.See attached screenshot and XML files.

Hello!

I have the same problem. I have exported a terrain model from AutoCad Civil 3D 2012 into a landxml-file. When I import the landxml-file (LandXML to TIN) into ArcGIS 10 I get the error message 999999 (The XML file is corrupted).

Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem?

This issue is a bug [#NIM072260  LandXML To TIN tool results in error 999999 with certain .xml files. ]. However, the bug has been fixed in 10SP4.

Same problem. Therefor:
When 'exactly' will the SP4 be released?
Why is your mentioned bugfix #NIM072260 not in the list from 14th feb http://downloads2.esri.com/support/downloads/other_/183410.0_SP4_Announcement.pdf ? Will the problem realy be fixed?
