Issues in access pyprt library

Hi all,
I currently encountered an issue when I tried to access the python library in the Pyprt package. The error message indicated that the system failed to access the "com.esri.prt.unreal.dll" 

But the file is present. 

I am using IDLE (ArcGIS Pro).
