Unable to create 3D Web App using 3D scene in Portal (Version 10.8)

Hi, 

We are trying to create a 3D web app with a web scene we've recently created.  When the web scene is added to the Web App ( both template and builder) it will not load.  

We are using Portal 10.8, the model is originally a REVIT file converted to a Scene Layer Package in Pro and then shared to Portal.  

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?
