How do I extrude the feature layer in which polygons are coincident, so that they stack up on top of each other when extruded ??

That would be a bit complicated because the one on top would have to have a base ht of the other plus its extrusion distance. If you have a lot of polygons that might need a programmatic solution.

If there are only a few you can probably do by hand.
