Creating 3d city model and exporting it as multipatch

Can anybody tell me How to create a 3D city model using 3dbuildings and 3dRooflines


and

also How to export them as Multipatch

With polygons you can extrude the building footprints in ArcScene and then you can use the Layer 3d to Features tool.  This will create a multipatch feature class that will look like 3d buildings.
