Has anybody used the complete set of 3D building footprints in *.kml or other format for any US major cities? The need for this is most important use in ArcMap. It is set up to work on Google earth too. I don't need the complete set but only to run a program to extract the buildings into Radial rings for a US Radioactive Fallout Model.
