10.2 Upgrade Imagery will not drape

Hi, I am currently testing 10.2 and cannot seem to get imagery to drape in ArcScene.  I have attached a screenshot of what I am seeing in 10.2.  The same process works just fine in 10.1, I am wondering if anyone else has encountered any problems like this?  I have not installed service pack 1 for 10.2 yet if your wondering.

It works fine with raster imagery draping over DEM in 10.2 (see the attachment).

From your snapshot,  the raster looks in SID. Pls try TIFF or IMG and see if it works.
