redlands rpk

I am looking for a CityEngine rule package for buildings that esri prepared for Redlands CA. 

I was told at the esri conference last week that the Redlands.rpk was particularly good for modeling building footprints with a rich attribute table. 

I am using CityEngine 2013,1

Can anyone advise me on how to access that rpk?
