So the next phase of my project is to orthorectify aerial photography taken with a drone to the DEM I have created. Which tool would I use for this? The ArcGIS resource desk seems to think I'll need to use the Copy Raster tool. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

Okay, simple enough. Also thank you for your help. So my problem now is that orthorectify button is not active which must mean that the raster dataset does not have RPCs. How can I fix this? Thanks!

You're welcome.

Unfortunately, I'm not very experienced at this field.

Maybe you can read the article about Fundamentals of orthorectifying a raster dataset and figure it out.

I guess that you could ask this data from the imagery provider.

no, CopyRaster will not do what you need, and the Orthorectify functionaliity in the Image Analysis Window is also not designed for the case of Drone data.  See my reply to your post at Re: Georeferencing
