Create 3D Polygon from a 3D Line - X feet above/below line and X feet left/right for a Box Polygon (not a sphere buffer)

I am trying to create a 3D polygon from a 3D line, but I only see a constant buffer distance that would result in a sphere/tube.

In particular, I have a 3D line that is subsurface with -Z value. I want to create a 3D polygon that is 10ft above and below line, and 288 ft on either side of the line. The result would be a 3D polygon box.
