3d in arc scene

i have a dem of 30m res from asgs site. i want to show it in 3d, how can i do it. while, i do this process in arc scene 10.2 but i become irregular shape in 3d.

1. In ArcCatalog use Calculate Statistics (RMB on your DEM->Calculate Statistics)

2. Open DEM in 3D ArcScene

- In layer properties->Base Heights tab use elevation from your DEM

- In layer properties->Symbology tab symbolize DEM as you want. You can also use "Use hillshade efect" from symbology tab.
