Refresh Interval

Question

I have a layer in an ArcGIS Online Map with a refresh interval set to 5 seconds.  When using the Map in Explorer for ArcGIS, the layer doesn't refresh and users have to close the app and reopen it to view the current info.  Is there a setting somewhere in the app that needs to be changed?

Any update on maps refreshing in explorer since this last post? This reload map is only for iOS and not android.

However this is not supported yet, we will be looking to support this in the near future. In the meantime, we have added the ability to Reload Map, so you don't have to kill/reopen the app.

Have the same issue. Does the Explorer honors the Web Map's refresh rate?
