Hi Katie, I've done some further research on the exact error message you are receiving.  Please verify that both ArcMap and Business Analyst are on the same version, e.g. 10.6.  If necessary, you may want to uninstall and reinstall.  Please feel free to have a case created if you would like assistance in doing this: 888-377-4575 X 2. Hi Katie, Did this issue start after updating or reinstalling? Did you install to the default location, i.e. C:\ArcGIS\Business Analyst\US_2017? Hi Jeff, A few questions.  1.  When did this start?  2.  Are you able to run the tool manually from the toolbox, e.g. Business Analyst Tools > Customer Setup > Setup Customers Using Tabular Data? 3.  Could you send a picture of what you see in your ArcGIS Administrator? 4.  Do you have a single-use or floating license? 5.  Have you installed, registered, and activated the data license for Business Analyst? 6.  Have you licensed Address Coder using an .lfx file? Hi James, There shouldn't be any issues when installing the Business Analyst data to a networked drive.  Once done, the data should be available without having to repath it in Preferences > Datasets.  Therefore, I recommend that you re- run the install for the data from the setup.exe.  When going through this install, be sure to click on the Change... option on the panel where you select which features you want installed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         If you find that you are still not able to access your data after reinstalling the data, please let me know.  I would like to have a case created for you but will need your contact information.
