When I right click on a feature in the table of contents and use the FIND command. I am able to search for that specific item in the table. However when I right click on the selected item in the search results area and try to use the IDENTIFY command. It flashes the window, then disappears. It is not behind another window or on a second monitor. This only happens when going through the table of contents. Using the FIND command in the toolbar and following the same process, it works correctly. This is Arc Reader version 10.1 and running on a 32 bit operating system under Window 7.

I noticed that the address locator in the 9.3 version of Arc Reader is no longer working. This also happened last year at this time but was fixed. Has anyone heard if this was no longer going to be available in the 9.3 version or are they going to fix it again like last year to make it available ?

Has ESRI stopped allowing access to the Tele Atlas address locator ? Starting 1/1/2012 we no longer have access to the Tele Atlas service. We do have internet access through our air cards. This has been checked and is active and functioning correctly. Has anyone else running this older version been having the same problem ? Before anyone say that we need to upgrade to version 10.xx, I agree. Unfortuniatly we are having driver conflicts with other software that we are currently using. Until we can resolve those issues we are stuck with 9.2 for the time being. Jim

I have been trying to run an evaluation copy of the Data Interoperability extension in ArcInfo 9.2 (floating). I have not been able to find the option to register the extension under ArcGIS on my "Start" menu as it says in the help function. I also noticed in the Help function that it talked about running it in ArcEditor and ArcView. Am I missing something or does it not run in ArcInfo. ESRI did send me the access code to evaluate it. Thanks, Jim

mck749237, Don't be surprised if the gas company is not willing to hand that information out to the public. Most if not all Gas companies will either locate a line or have a contractor locate it for construction purposes. However they will not give out maps or data showing all their facilities to the public. If the specific location of all the gas lines, valves and regulator stations were shown on a map and available to the public. Unfortuniately in todays world, that would be a huge security risk and one they are not willing to take.
